The In’s and Out’s of Elder Law with Charles Backs

For many years, Georgetowne Place has partnered with attorney Charles Backs, a partner, at Barnes & Thornburg. He is known for offering the same caring advice he gives his own family about how to protect his clients’ interests and finances. In his practice, Charles enjoys helping individuals and families establish and accomplish goals in the area of asset management and protection, in order to guard and protect their futures. Charles has counseled numerous families regarding wills, revocable living trusts and the funding of those trusts, asset preservation and nursing home expense planning, guardianships, powers of attorney, living wills, and the probate administration process. He is also an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for Veterans Affairs Benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. Charles is a trusted adviser that we are pleased to have come and speak at our community.
All are welcome to attend.
