Community Life

Gramercy Hill celebrates its residents with special activities, seminars and more throughout the year that bring our community together. Take part in our social hour, book clubs and bell choirs or travel off-site on one of our day trips. To make new residents feel at home, a welcome committee helps people acclimate to our warm community. Gramercy Hill Annual Veterans Breakfast

Date: Friday, November 10th * Time: 7:30-9:00 am * RSVP by November 8th as space is limited

Gramercy Hill invites all Veterans and a guest to our annual Veterans Breakfast. Please join us for a complimentary breakfast buffet to honor our Veterans. The Flag Raising Ceremony starts at 7:15 am. Space is limited and reservations are required. You can make those reservations by calling (402) 483-1010

Helen's Musical Veteran Show

Helen's Musical Hats show keeps that good old American music alive. Helen Waring Johnson brought her antique wooden hat tree covered with hats on it, then she changes her hats to fit the song or medley. November 10, 2017 Helen entertained Gramercy Hill residents with a tribute show to Veterans.

Happy Halloween

Magellan Girls Soccer teamed up with Gramercy Hill residents to paint and decorate pumpkins for Halloween on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Gramercy Hill residents enjoy painting and crafts weekly on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. in the Activity Room.

National Assisted Living Week

Gramercy Hill celebrated National Assisted Living Week September 10-16, 2017. This year's theme is "Family Is Forever." Residents chuckled to radio personality Cathie Fife's stories of life and family. UNL professor Sylvana Airman spoke about her family and life in Pakistan (pictured). Resident's shared photos and reminisced about their own families.

Gramercy Hill Talent Show

On Monday, July 31st Gramercy Hill hosted a talent show composed of residents, staff and family members. The show was a success! So much talent to be shared included singing, piano playing, cello playing and poetry recitations. (pictured residents Dennis P. and Ardelle B.)

Residents Reminisce 70th Anniversary Of Roswell UFO Sighting

Gramercy Hill residents had a little fun reminiscing the June 24th 70th anniversary of the Roswell UFO sighting. Residents discussed strange things they've seen while wearing foil hats so aliens couldn't read their minds.
