Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser

Come Support Mikel Miles’ Eagle Scout Service Project!

We are keeping the spirit of National Assisted Living week alive a little longer this year to bring an extra special event to Greenbriar Village. Mikel Miles of Boy Scout Troop 161 will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser right here at Greenbriar Village. Mikel has volunteered at the facility for the last 5 years during the Troops annual Memorial Day Service. Mikel has long wanted to complete his Eagle Project here! Mikel’s project will honor veterans and bring additional bench seating to the front of Greenbriar Village Assisted Living for all of its residents! We are extremely thankful and excited that he chose us for this project.

Cost to attend the Pankcake Breakfast is free; however, donations are appreciated and welcomed to support this great project.

2 Gift Baskets donated by Fox Rehab and Premier Hospice will also be raffled. Tickets are 4 for $1.00. All proceeds benefit Mikel’s Eagle Scout project.

RSVP by calling 317 899-6777 or via email to squalkenbush@capitalseniorliving.net

BSA Troop 161 is in the Pioneer District as a part of the Crossroads of America Council. St. Matthews Episcopal Church is their chartering organization.

NALW Special Guests: The Warren Central High School Chamber Orchestra

We are so pleased to have back Warren Central Orchestra Conductor, Zachary Himes and a small group of his orchestra students here for National Assisted Living Week as our extra special guests. These talented young musicians have chosen voluntarily to come into our community and play for us. We think this fits perfectly with the 2017 theme.

"Family is Forever," recognizes the unique bonds formed between those who reside in our assisted living community and those who work and volunteer in our community. This NALW is meant to honor those who give their hearts and souls to our residents.
