Residents at LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods enjoy hearty menu items served restaurant style by our friendly and prompt wait staff. Assisted Living and Memory Care residents get three meals daily in our tastefully decorated dining room. Independent Living residents are served breakfast and dinner with their choice of entrée.

Our Independent Living dining room is available for public parties and celebrations, while the private dining room can be reserved by residents to use for more intimate meals, parties and meetings.

Residents have an array of healthy and hearty food selections for every meal at our Capital Senior Living communities. We pride ourselves on serving chef-inspired entrees made from the finest ingredients. Meals are made from scratch daily and include the best selections of meat and freshest produce and herbs hand-chosen by our culinary experts. Breads, desserts and other treats are baked onsite daily. We put an emphasis on buying locally when quality produce and other products are available.

Looking for a place to hold a special celebration or event that will include family and friends? Capital Senior Living communities across the country offer a number of dining options including private dining rooms, catering services and spacious facilities. Our private dining choices provide the same quality food that is served daily to our residents. Arrangements may be made to have meals delivered to individual rooms, depending on the community. Our culinary experts even offer cooking classes in some communities. Check with a staff member at an individual community to see what services and amenities are offered and how to reserve space.
