On Friday, November 10th we will be honoring all who have served our country. Join us at 10:30am for a program put on by Full Bloom: Honoring America’s Vets and then all Veterans and wives of Veterans are invited to join us for an elegant dinner from 5-6pm in the Rose Arbor Dining Room. Let’s take a closer look at the history of chocolate known as “food of the gods.” Did you know U.S. consumers eat about 2.8 billion pounds of chocolate annually, making per capita consumption about 12 pounds per person a year? Where did this delight originate? Would you believe physicians once prescribes it? Did you know it would take nearly 300 years before we were actually eating it instead of drinking it? From the birth of the cacao bean to how it made its way into our hearts and taste buds will be revealed.

Invite a neighbor and join us on Friday, October 6th at 2pm to learn what really happened to Amelia Earhart. The Mystery of what happened to Amelia Earhart on her final flight is no mystery to our presenter, Rob Ellos. Nor is it a mystery to the many dozens of Japanese and Saipanese, who saw Earhart time and time again. In this very gripping talk, Rob Ellos will explain that Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan did survive their disappearance on July 2, 1937.

Remembrance of Life Service!

Rose Arbor will be having their first Non-Denominational Service with our long-time volunteer Jim in remembrance of life. Please join us on Wednesday, September 13th at 6:30pm in our 3rd Floor Great Room in honor of a life so beautifully lived and a heart so deeply loved. All are welcome!

Rose Arbor residents visited the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum on Monday, October 16th, 2017. They could not have asked for a more gorgeous day! Rose Arbor Couple's 70th Anniversary Video goes VIRAL

Rose Arbor Residents, John and Evie, have been on Buzz Feed (an online news source) lately. One of their grand-daughters, Danni, did an interview with them for their 70th anniversary in 2012 (They will celebrate 75 years this October). Danni is a hobbyist videographer, and her grandparents are two of her favorite subjects - she also did a video of them rapping to "Baby Got Back" that went viral! We are so proud to say they live here at Rose Arbor and they really are one of the sweetest couples around. Check out the video by clicking the link below.
