Dayton's and Donaldson's are long gone, but in their heyday they were the two most popular stores in the cities. Do you know which came first? Do you know which Twin Cities lake was originally called "Lake of the Loons"? Did you know Fort Snelling was built in 1829 and called "Fort St. Anthony" after the nearby falls? When Wilbur B. Foshay built his tower n 1929 it was the tallest building in Minneapolis and remained so until 1972. The river and falls helped build one of the biggest milling companies in the world, Pillsbury. Did you know that Charles Pillsbury had absolutely no experience in the milling business when he purchased the failing flour company? Changing times are all a part of progress; this is St. Paul and Minneapolis Past and Present.
We are heading to see GREASE! After a decade, the #1 best-seller in Chanhassen Dinner Theatres’ history returns to the Main Stage! Don't miss the unforgettable tunes like: “Summer Nights,” “Look at Me, I’m Sandra Dee,” “We Go Together,” “Greased Lightnin’,” “Beauty School Dropout,” AND added songs made popular in the beloved film: “Grease (Is The Word),” “Hopelessly Devoted to You” and “You’re the One That I Want.” It’s a high-octane rock ‘n’ roll party packed with explosive energy!

Our community resident satisfaction scores have arrived and we are pleased and honored to report we had an over all score of 96.38%! We are thrilled to see our residents feel happy living here! We will be reviewing the individual department scores and the management team will use that information to create our 2017 quality plan. This plan will also include feedback from your Resident Council group. We appreciate the time all of you took to complete the annual survey. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your community!
