Thank you!

Remington Staff:
Thank you so much for the amazing care, compassion, and understanding you showed to my family and my grandparents. It was a very difficult time for us, and my grandfather could be especially frustrating to deal with, but you and your entire staff were polite and respectful. We are grateful that they spent their last years surrounded by such kindness. We rejoice they are with the Lord now, and want you to know how much we all appreciated your great work.

Sincerely,
Hilary K.

Mom's Move

Andres,
Having the discussion about moving to a retirement community is a hard thing for anyone to have with an elderly parent. Actually moving them adds a level of stress to life that I didn’t understand until now.
I went to visit my mom today and she had a smile I hadn’t seen in a very long time. She feels like she is a part of something. She has a sense of belonging after only 4 days there. She has made so many friends. She’s constantly stopped by residents to visit. She feels needed and respected and alive!
There are no words to adequately describe my sense of relief. You and the staff at The Remington at Valley Ranch are simply amazing! You are all caring, concerned and so friendly. It feels like home to her.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. Thank you for all you do.

Sincerely,

Cindy E.

Compliment

I wanted to send along an example of the care your team extends to their residents. My mom lives at The Remington at Valley Ranch and absolutely loves everything about her home. My Mom might be the most ardent Democrat on the planet, so you can imagine her thoughts about our Presidential election. She has always had bouts of depression throughout her life...but she was beyond depressed. She wouldn't speak to me or my brother or her best friend. We asked Andres (who is wonderful) to check on her. He arranged for Lisa Richards to go, which was the best plan ever. Lisa was actually our first contact at the Remington and was a large part of why Mom moved there. We fell in love with Lisa since day one and she has doted on my Mom ever since. (By the way, I assume everyone there feels doted on by Lisa and all of the staff!)
Lisa literally coaxed my Mom back after many days of conversation, love, hugs, empathy and potato soup (my Mom's favorite!) and I am thrilled to say that Mom is smiling and laughing again. I have meant to send this for months, so I apologize the tardiness of this gratitude.
Lisa is amazing, as is all of the staff at the Remington. We LOVE calling the Remington home for my Mom. It is a very special place.
Please pass along major thank yous to Lisa and Andres for their love and concern.
God Bless,

Lisa L.
