Senior Helpers

Please join us on Wednesday, August 2 for an important seminar on "Six Important Ways for Seniors to beat the Heat"!

It is summertime and the sun won't let you forget it! The heat is hard on everyone, but it could be harder on children and older adults.

Children and seniors do not drink enough water. Children, because they are too busy playing and are pre-occupied and seniors because they do not feel thirsty.

Serious health problems can develop because they do not hydrate enough, and could end up with serious complications.

As people age, sometimes their brain cannot recognize that the body is overheating.

Join Tammy with Senior Helpers as she brings important updates and tips to stay cool.
