Community Life

The Villas at Vintage Oaks celebrates residents with special activities, seminars and more throughout the year, bringing the community together. Community luncheons, bridge and coffee clubs, tai chi, XBox bowling and canasta are among the many recreational opportunities for residents to be involved. Residents, family members and friends can keep track of all of our daily, weekly and monthly happenings, find out how to get involved in our activities, see photos from past events and get the latest news from our community by checking here.

We have a Bingo time the first Tuesday of the month, after our Clubhouse Cafe meal. For each game won the residents receive a Bingo token to cash in at the end, for prizes. Then we have a snack and drinks. It is a great way to spend time with our neighbors.

Vintage Oaks Clubhouse Sale

We are hosting our annual Sale in our Clubhouse. It has become a community event. Shoppers will find one of a kind items. Our residents put their own items to sell. You will find a variety of Knick- knacks, house hold items or clothes. Our residents volunteer their time to be cashiers or help customers. one of our ladies always provides us with a delicious lunch.

Interactive Butterfly House

Our local East Hills Mall is hosting an interactive butterfly house.We are taking a group of residents there to watch, hold and learn more about them. Should be an interesting event!

Ladies Tea & Eats

We are honoring the women in our Oaks Community. A luncheon will be served and hot tea. It will be an afternoon of sharing and talking together.

Boudreaux's Louisiana Seafood and Steaks

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at one our favorite eating places. Cajun cuisine and friends,are a great combination. We rode our 14 passenger bus and there is always great conversations and laughs on the way,

Arts at the Clubhouse

Harpist, Ruth Acuff was our guest at our Clubhouse. We enjoyed an afternoon with the talents of Ruth Acuff. She is the granddaughter of one of our residents. Her ability to play the harp is very impressive.
she composes songs about life experiences and played a familiar song too. Thank you to her for sharing her music with us.

Solar Eclipse Community Awareness

Our Oaks group went out to lunch for our weekly outing to Applebees. After our lovely lunch, we attended a meeting at The Missouri Theater. It was an informative meeting about the upcoming Solar Eclipse. Our community is gearing up, since we are one of the prime locations for the event.

Looking For Senior Activities
