Residents will enjoy celebrating St. Patrick's Day in the traditional way.
For Lunch the menu will consist of Bangers and Mash, Fried Irish Cabbage with Bacon and Home baked rolls. Dessert will be Key Lime Pie in keeping with the green Irish theme.
The Waterford's own Little Leprechaun will be going to the tables with a Pot O Gold treats.
An Informational Session with Guardian Pharmacy will be held on March 16th at 6:00 PM.
All Residents and Family Members are invited to attend.

Jennie Meredith with Affordable Medicare Solutions will be at The Waterford at Oakwood on April 22, 2017, from 9:30-10:30 am. Jennie will advise on Medicare updates for 2017 and explain how to prepare for open enrollment which will begin on 10/01/2017.

Residents enjoyed the festivities during Cinco de Mayo. The lunch included Taco Casserole with Nachos and Spanish rice.
Residents wore sombreros and enjoyed Salsa music. Also it was exciting to break open the piñata full of chocolates.
In The Waterford at Oakwood's Annual State Survey for 2017, it was determined the facility had ZERO deficiencies.

2017 Waterford at Oakwood Survey Results
Residents celebrated Valentines day at their noon meal. A special menu of cordon bleu, asparagus, roasted potatoes and red velvet cake was served.
Entertainment was provided by Doc Stephie who is a local singer song writer.
As you can see, Merla and Uel are still very much in love. They enjoyed a private lunch in the formal dining room, with friends stopping in to say hello.
