The Waterford at Park Falls celebrates its residents with special activities, seminars and more throughout the year that bring our community together. Weekly bingo is open to the community, while events such as our barbecue, town carnival and fair are held annually. Several musical events are also planned each week. The residents will come together for a resident council meeting in which they can discuss any issues that they have with the facility. All employees, residents, and family members or friends of residents are welcome to attend.
We will be having Lynn Kitten come in to play the piano and sing with our residents. Public, family, and friends are more than welcome to attend this event.
We will be having Father Shaji and many volunteers coming into the facility for catholic service. The public is welcome to come to the facility and take part in this event.
The residents will be having a Cinco De Mayo Party at the facility. We will be having snacks and doing some fun activities at our party.
Pastor Ludholz will be joining us for Lutheran Service. Many of our residents enjoy participating in his services.
The residents got a visit from surprise visitors this past month. The tour participants included Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy, players Brett Hundley, Aaron Ripkowski and Jake Ryan, and Packers alumni Robert Ferguson, Ahman Green and Ryan Longwell. The residents had a fantastic time visiting with members of the team.
We will be having a St. Patrick's Day Party for our residents and their families and friends. We will be providing light appetizers as well as live music from Larry Jankowski.
We will be having volunteers from Catkins, our local animal shelter, in with some animals to visit the residents. The public is welcome to come to the facility and take part in this event.
The Employee of the Month this month was Kate Dirrgle. Kate has been with The Waterford since December of 2014. Some of the things that residents and co workers had to say about Kate were: she is willing to work extra hours to get the job done, she is dedicated to her job, she is hardworking, she loves the residents, and she has a great personality. Congrats, Kate!
The Employee of the Month this month was our Assistant Director, Tiffany Drymalski. Tiffany started with The Waterford at Park Falls in December of 2014, in November of 2016 she was promoted to the Assistant Director position. Some of the things that residents and co-workers had to say about her were: she goes above and beyond, she is very good with the residents, she is always helpful, and she is doing fantastic in her new position. Congratulations Tiffany! You are doing a great job.
The employee of the month this month was Cheyanne Loewe. Cheyanne has been with The Waterford at Park Falls since January of 2016. Cheyanne became the Life Enrichment Director in June of 2016. Some of the things that residents and co-workers had to say about her were: she is awesome, she goes out of her way to help, she loves the residents, she is well organized, and she is a joy to work with. Votes for employee of the month are always welcomed from residents, family, friends, and staff.
