Can You Keep Up?

Whew! It sure is busy here at Chesapeake Place. Today we had Pet Therapy with Riley, and we were also joined by Atlantic Shores Christian School. They came in to bring the residents the beautiful handmade ornaments that they have been working on for weeks. They were all so proud to show off their amazing artistic skills, and excited to spend a little time with one of our favorite community pets Riley. What a fun filled month it has been, and its not over yet!

Lyle and Linda

What a pleasure it has been to have this new addition added to our community calendar! Lyle and Linda are a beautiful couple who comes into our community and bring their amazing musical talent with them. While you will find Lyle on the guitar, you'll find Linda in front of the piano. They tackle two individual instruments separately, however they sing together. These two have been such a huge hit, that they have been added as a performer for not only AL, but our Memory Care building as well. We would just like to say to them to keep up the good work, and thank you for our Christmas sing-a-long!

Pack 417

The Cub Scouts from pack 417 came in to sing Christmas Carols for us, AND made time to sit down and do arts & crafts with the residents here at Chesapeake Place Assisted Living. They even presented us with one of their wooden hand painted plaques.

Woodland Heights Baptist Church

We would like to thank the Senior Choir from Woodland Heights Baptist Church for coming out and singing beautiful Christmas music with us. They allowed us to hear all of their beautiful voices, as well as gave the residents goodie bags to kick off their holiday season!
