Come Name That Tune!

Name That Tune is a fun game we play! It's super simple. A song is played from the 40s, 50s, 60s, or 70s, and everyone has to guess what the name of the song is! Sometimes we can't remember the name of the song but sure remember the lyrics! Last week that we played we had so much fun! People walking by were even dancing and singing! Don't miss out!

All Smiles At The Village Tavern

The Village Tavern was a fun lunch outing last week! It’s a popular local restaurant that has been around for quiet some time. Several of our residents remember going there when they were younger and spending time with their spouses and friends. They used to have live music every Friday night and people would find babysitters for their children so they could go and enjoy the night! Being there brought back many memories!

Learning about Norway

One of our residents lived in Norway for several years in the past. On Thursday July 19th, she gave a wonderful presentation about Norway and her experience and perspective about it. It's not easy getting up in front of a crowd and discussing a topic, but she did such a good job, and the residents were very interested in everything she had to say. We love learning about our residents' pasts and are always looking forward to hearing their stories.
