Bringing Generations Together Through Music

A new weekly music-making experience is now being offered at our community!  Capital Senior Living is bringing Music Together®, an international early childhood music organization, and one of its popular music classes for young children to The Waterford on Cooper. The Generations class is a 45-minute music experience where a teacher leads the group in song, musical games and activities.  Children, newborn to age 5, their caregivers and our residents come together for music-making experiences designed to build relationships across generations and bring joy to your soul.

Classes are every Friday at 10:00am.  For more information on Music Together, visit the website below.

Lets meet our Sales/ Marketing Director

Waterford on Cooper is excited to introduce you to our Sales & Marketing Director, Cheryl Livesay. Cheryl comes to us from the mental health industry where she worked for 11 years. Prior to that she spent time in the senior services industry and retail construction (she can really swing a hammer!). Her smile is infectious and you will often hear her peals of laughter ring out as she engages our residents in conversation. Cheryl’s uses many creative approaches to solving problems and meeting the needs of our current and future residents but more fun than that is her creative spirit in the Arts. You see, Cheryl is a professional vocalist and actor. If you think she looks familiar, it might be because you have seen her on TV!
