National Wear Red Day

We are encouraging all of our remarkable staff to wear "red" on February 1st for National Wear Red Day.

Chances are we all know someone affected by heart disease and stroke. In America, there are about 2200 Americans die of cardiovascular disease each day, averaging one death every forty seconds. Some steps to help reduce the risk factors are to eat a healthy diet, maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, don't smoke, and to limit alcohol use.
